Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Studia Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), including the studialabs.com website, Chrome extensions (Klynt, Sorvo), and related APIs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will honor the current price until the next renewal.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has defined usage limits (e.g., number of AI comments, exports, analyses per billing period). Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restriction of features until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party platform terms (e.g., LinkedIn, Reddit)
• Automate access to the Services beyond what our extensions provide
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our extensions
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access
• Use the AI-generated content to harass, spam, or mislead others
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms
• Upload or transmit malicious code through our Services

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate content such as comments, post ideas, and analyses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI content before publishing
• We do not guarantee any specific results from using AI-generated content
• You retain ownership of content you create using our tools, but grant us a license to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our Services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding of the Services are owned by Studia Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our extensions interact with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit). You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, Reddit, or any other third-party platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studia Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property) will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Studia Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
